I have a 21FP4 CRT, that is an electrostatic focus CRT of the same physical dimensions of the 21EP4. The tube has the cylindrical faceplate and not as common. The CRT is a low hours aluminized rebuilt. I'll sell it reasonable, but the biggest trick is shipping it to S.C..

I'd have to see if I can get a carton, suitable for shipping. There's a lot of risk shipping them, because of the careless handling, the shippers are known for.

I have to test it, before I commit myself. It's been laying around for over 11 years. I don't think anything bad happened to it, but you never know.

If you don't find one elsewhere, Home Depot sells a 24x24 wardrobe box that you can cut down to the desired height. There is enough room to line it inside with sheets of stiff Styrofoam (plus whatever other padding you want).

Did you find a 21EP4? If you didn't, I have one, it's new old stock, that I purchased by mistake as I got the original tube out of my set and it needs a 20DP4. I paid $125 for it with shipping, so if you still need one let me know.
