free rca vista color portable works good

i don't need this or have any interest in it.

works great. sorry for the crappy pic, i have a $24 phone. Only issue is it needs some knobs. Colors are really strong.

If u do stop by in central nj to pick it up, and have a picture tube checker, i would appreciate u checking a 1949 rca b&w tube for me.

Looks like it's been monkeyed with big time. I can't imagine a deflection yoke rotating so far on its own. Oh well, at least the price is right.

I have that exact same set. In fact, I'm sure I have a set of knobs here.....I love those sets.

Coming my way anytime soon?

I didn't understand that the set was in your possession, I thought you were advertising for someone else and that the 1949 RCA tube was one you were considering buying.

That will be all.

Probably won't be heading your way anytime soon, so I'll defer to whoever would like the set....but if someone grabs it, I have knobs

It probably has one of those yoke clamps that rusted off, due to reaction with the rubber coating.
If that is a hybrid set, there would some interest in it.

Nope, that's a CTC-36. I've got quite a bit of experience with those

IIRC, a CTC36 is an all tube chassis, simular to a CTC22, with a slightly different tube compliment.
An all tube set is even more desirable to some collectors.
