more TVs for sale in Kalamazoo

TVs
ALL TVs PICK UP ONLY, NO SHIPPING:

1/2. two '48 7" motorolas, TS4Js, one in dark wood cabinet, one in the suitcase cabinet, both restored, working, using those glass amperite ballasts, wood set has one of those repo crt masks, other one just a piece of foam around the crt, both have a full set of knobs, but suitcase set has the wrong color dark knobs, both missing the back, a good 7JP4 in each - $100 ea.

3. '49 Admiral 20B1 console - also working with new capacitors, I even added in the vertical retrace blanking, has knobs, but no back (can come with metal Admiral back that's the wrong size for the cabinet), speaker in there works, but is the wrong size for the hole, and one of the tube sockets in the video IF sometimes requires that you shake the tube to work - $100

4. '50 RCA 6T65 - good 16GP4, I worked on this but never quite got it to work perfectly, two problems I could never resolve, one with the horizontal linearity, one with the audio IF, chassis out of set - $20

5. '54 Westinghouse, "the capri" metal cabinet on a swivel wood base, another working set, has a good 21YP4 I swapped in, missing control door, (I don't think I set all the local oscillator adjustments in the tuner, so you'll have to do this if you want all 12 channels to come in) - $50

CONSOLE RADIOS
All console radios PICK UP ONLY, NO SHIPPING:

1. 1941 Zenith 8S563 - restored, working, I recapped, replaced all the rubber wire... - $200

more stuff:

10BP4 - I had this tube with no socket, I just soldered on a socket (all the pins are soldered, but it's not actually glued to the neck). After a few minutes (at 6 volts) it reads up to 400/1000 on the B&K 420. - $50 pickup only, NO SHIPPING SOLD

Nice Zenith radio!
At least your cats can't work over the grill cloth. I have three scratching posts, but they clawed my 7S363 grill cloth.

Thanks. The finish really isn't as nice as the pictures make it look. I just kind of touched it up in places. And the metal plate around the dial was tarnished, and I couldn't seem to clean it up nice, which is why I finally painted it.

The cats stay away from the grill cloth, but they knocked down a lot of radios when they toppled the shelf that RCA was on: my 1939 RCA plaskon 96X, a green plastic '57 Zenith, and my Radiola 18. The Zenith just has an easy to repair crack across the grill, the Radiola just lost a globe 26, but that plaskon RCA is in so many pieces, that even if I can put it back together, I'm going to have to paint it to make it look good.

Sigh. If I wasn't two time zones away, I'd jump in the car and scoop that 721TS off of your hands

I am surprised no one grabbed it from your first thread

I'd be interested in the RCA as well.
Also the Westinghouse Capri. Probably the last really good Westinghouse.
How soon would they have to be picked up?

I don't need them to be picked up soon. But I will be here all this week, after that I'll probably just have time on the weekends.

I'm picking up a Zenith porthole from a guy in Chicago Sunday morning. I could deliver some of this stuff I have for sale at the same time in that direction if anyone is interested?
