small Zenith

Yes its rough.....one of the small knobs on the left side seems frozen. All others turn easily. Not sure if I have the back or not. The crt tested good. No reasonable offer refused and if no one wants the set I will part it out. The inside as far as just looking in the back appears to be rust free. It is a vertical chassis so I am unsure what the other side looks like. will tear it apart for pictures if need be.

That's not a Zenith!
It looks like a Raytheon or one of the private label sets built by them.
PS, what number CRT is in there?

With all the tv's I recently bought It looked like a Zenith so I never really "looked" at it... Well you got me curious now, I will check and get back with you. I thought that little symbol at the front on the bottom was Zenith..Better put my glasses on....

Not sure what crt is in it as I may have to pull it out but this set is a Firestone! At least the Symbol on the front has an "F" in it.

Definitely a Raytheon built set. They are hard to come by, I'd take it if it was closer to California.

A little paint will make it look good as new.

I wonder what the chassis looks like?
I never liked restoring a rust-bucket.

17hp4 for the crt. I did notice upon removal of the chassis that the high voltage lead is broken and the metal cover over one of the adjustment coils was already removed and placed inside of the cabinet.
