Parting out..

Well this is my last attempt to part these sets..
Sadly as I had mentioned last fall, they met unfortunante doom when the roof collapsed in the storage shed I had them in destroying the cabinets.

Parts as follows.
Complete Heathkit GR-295 23" Color TV. CRT has bad cataracts but good. Chassis complete all tubes good, needs recapping.

Complete CTC-17 combo, CRT good, mild laminate seperation on CRT, really good picture! Works excellent, recapped. Stereo and phono good too.

Magnavox Combo, circa 1966. 23v CRT. Good emmission. Complete, not recapped, works, astrosonic with remote.

Zenith 25MC60 I think. 1971. Something shorted in the chassis, lost pic. Has sound. Has some sort of vertical deflection issue.

RCA CTC40. Works great. might need a focus touchup. Was a combo, but the TV part was cut out. No speakers.

RCA CTC9. Busted CRT. Cabinet nice.

Shoot me an offer, can ship parts.
Thanks
Shawn

Shawn-

If your CTC-9 is for parts, does it have the "panoramic sound" pair of tweeters facing in opposite directions? I am looking for those for a CTC-7 I will restore. I also need several of the back-panel clips that RCA used for years. Thanks.

Yes, that's the clip I think. About an inch long and 1/4" wide, with a kink halfway up the "ramp" side to hold it in place. My set uses three but I have only one now. Please let me know what you want for a couple of them-send me a PM here. Thanks, mstaton.

What exactly is that Zenith 25MC60? If it's what I think it is, I could sure use some parts

I'm going to go sits this weekend and verify the model number. This set is a bare bones hybrid. Mostly tubes but for the if section it's transistor. Also I believe vertical deflection is solid state.

Yes it's a floor model. I should put a pic up. I'll do it this weekend. It is a beautiful set. Hardly any water damage to this one. I got lucky.

Are you parting out the Magnavox? If so, I could use the horns from it.

Shawn, mstaton is sending me the clips I need, so you don't need to pull any from your CTC-9, but thanks.

I do already have one usable tweeter for my CTC-7, so I would much rather see your '9 go complete and get restored if possible rather than parted out.
