Thanks guys! I celebrated my birthday by getting an old Heathkit HW-22 40 meter rig on the air. Checked into the ECARS net with an excellent signal report from Massachusetts. Not worldwide DX, but hey, the sucker's 50 some years old and I restored it, so it's a start!
And my wife got me a cake too
