I have learned not to run the bidding up, so I wait until the last moment to place a bid. Unfortunately this technique makes me lose many auctions (I save a LOT of money this way).
I was out in the shop and forgot about the time. I'm really pissed at myself.
I wrote the buyer offering to buy it for a profit but haven't had my communication returned.
DAMN!
