I've been down to an electronics recycle centre down in Nowra called Tailormade Specialized Recycling PTY LTD
http://www.tailormadespecializedrecycling.com.au/ as they get a hold of all sorts of electronics including ex broadcast gear and there was one item of interest there which is an Angenieux zoom lens which fits EMI 2005 cameras just like the one in this picture
