State of Mass stopped issuing TV repair licenses. Back in
early 2K's they only were testing less than 10 a year.
My Masters license is #8491 & issued 1976. Think of that.
By '76 8500 masters, God knows how many regular licenses
& learners permits just in Mass. !!

I remember seeing about eight pages of TV repair shops in the Yellow Pages, back in the day.
That was in Milwaukee, a smaller city. You can imagine, the amount of shops in the larger cities, like New York and Chicago.
