My RCA 21CT55 is configured as a composite video monitor. I see no logic in attempting to get the tuner and IF sections operating and aligned with OTA broadcasting shutting down in Feb. I'm presently doing an optimum chroma setup and PQ evaluation by comparing the RCA screen against a Sony professional monitor. I am convinced this method is the only way to get the full performance potential from this 53 year old roundie and demonstrate the RCA's PQ relative to a near perfect NTSC standard.
