Hi and welcome Jackie. Can't tune to what? Is it a rotary dial tuner? Do you have cable, sat, DTV converter ect? I'f you're trying to get analog OTA tv, you're SOL I'm afraid. This post is really supposed to be in the radio and tv tech forum located just below this one on the main page but this will work I guess.
