well i have no hv yet on this set but im going to try a long shot and go ahead and change the horiz&verticle processor IC and see where it goes. the hot is good and there is another transistor on the board that gets tied into the flyback and thats good as well. i think if the fly was shorted then the transistor would have been shorted as well but its not. so if this IC dont work then maybe a timing capacitor is bad but to find which one without a schematic will be hard.
