Well now I know why I have no raster on it. The HV is only 4-6KV. Damper and H-out are good, B+ lines seem okay, but I can't find test settings to test the 3DS3 HV rect in my B&K 606.....Though the arc from the top cap suggests it is not the problem.
I may need a schematic for it.
