I haven't opened mine yet to see what kind of tube is in it. I think these little sets were very popular among the travel trailer / motorhome crowd.
I know Panasonic made some good stuff back then. I've got a little '78 3" Panasonic B&W TV/radio combo that works great and I've had it for years. When I got it, all it needed was it's DC input jack resoldered to the PC board.
