The guy I bought the sign just told me this sign came from The Gateway Motel 3781 N Oceana Dr, Hart, MI 49420 And he gave me some pictures of the Motel.
The new owner bought the motel in 1996 He found the sign in the garage. Sign should be done tonite, I will post pictures when it is.
