Similar, but it's in a liquid form, which you wipe on, let dry to a haze, then rub out. They also make Novus 1 and 3, but the 2 seems to give the best all around results on Bakelite that's not too far gone. Your cabinet appears to still be pretty good with the exception of some light surface oxide and a few minor scratches, because it's still reflecting light very well in those photos.
