WTB: Looking for Zenith Convergence Cloverleaf

Hi All! I realize it's probably a shot in the dark... but I'm looking for a good used, or better yet, new-old-stock Convergence Cloverleaf, for a '63 Roundie.
The Zenith Part Number: 43-473. My set uses a 25LC20 Chassis, Model: 5026W. Thanks!

So you need a Zenith convergence clover, eh? Welcome to the club.

Another option is to get a different style convergence yoke for a roundy and wire that to the convergence board....My 29JC20 had it's convergence hardware fixed in this manner.

Another crumbling one here, and likewise little prospect of finding a direct replacement. Sorry, but as you know, it's a fact of life for these models.

I wonder if there would be any possibility of making replacements with a 3-D printer?

Hahahahaha! Yes, TUD1, my Cloverleaf looks exactly like the one on your set, at this point! Tape works, somewhat better than nothing, but it moves a little, over a short period of time, thereby skewing the convergence a little, as you have discovered too, no doubt! I am sure someone, somewhere, has a couple or three of these tucked away, I can sense it!:D

I have had the same thought, I think I still have a "solid" Zenith roundie convergence outfit, the Red, Blue, Green one, left over from a "66 Zenith roundie, somewhere. I will have to compare the schematics, between the two, but, ideally, you'd think there shouldn't be much, if any major difference, between the early and later coils. I replaced a couple of these Cloverleafs, back almost 40 years ago, when I worked at a shop, of course then, the new part, #43-473, was still available! This would be an "ideal" 3-D Printer application, provided somebody had a good one to use as a pattern.

Findm-Keepm,
I, too, found this thread a while back, I sent a PM to the Member, never received a reply. I looked again at the Member's Post Activities, it looks to me as if he made that post late in 2016, and never heard from again!

Electronic M,
I had the same thought, I couldn't agree more! If I came across a N.O.S. Cloverleaf, I'd be more than happy to loan it to someone with capable access to a 3-D Printer, that could hopefully "turn some out!" Just know there must be at least one...somewhere..un-used, in someone's spare parts, but, until one surfaces, we are stuck, I guess!

I got a cloverleaf that's in good shape (NOS). I'm away from it now, but remind me in a week or two and I could lend it to someone who can 3d prin more of them (I can use a few extra anyway...). Also, realize that you just need a good 1/3rd segment, you can then copy it in the drawing and rotate it as needed...

I just put a reminder on my calendar to remind you in two weeks.

Now, who can we find with the duplicating capability?

I'd have responded to his posting - he may be subscribed to the post, and might respond in kind in the thread.

When fuses go to work, they quit!

Thanks, Brian! Worth a try, I just got around to doing so....we'll see! If not, hopefully the idea by "nasadowsk" (with "old_tv_nut" to remind him:), will work!

If anyone is still looking, I have one NOS cloverleaf along with some other items on ebay.
