Good lord, this thing cost $30 new? But anyway, does this disc have any value among star wars collectors?

Probably. Have you tried checking sold ebay listings?

It's actually more collectable than the average title, maybe $20-30. Most CED's have little value. I have been trying to sell off my collection so I don't have to move them all again, and there is little interest. Will end up tossing them in the dumpster.

If your local I might be interested in buying those away from the dumpster....If your not local please at least consider donating them to charity...That way they survive and you get a tax deduction for them. I see CEDs come through the local Goodwills occasionally so they do take them.

I think they cut that movie way down to fit the record though.... The movie can only be 120 Mins on the record and that movie is 124!! (I dunno what they trimmed off to make it 120... Maybe Just the opening and ending credits (That would be nice))

Pretty upsetting..... But I guess sometimes ya cant help it......

I have most of it on ebay right now.
eBay item number:

If a videokarma member in the phoenix area is interested, 50 cents per title, $50 for a working player, 30 for the non working unit. I also have a Realistic CED1, but I am in the process of getting it running. The Realistic would cost more, of course. I do not really want to go through the hassle of shipping this crap.

Well the dumpster shouldn't be an option! I'm in Phoenix and will pick it all up if you don't find a buyer...although I don't have a lot of space either.

I'd love to start a minor collection of CED's.

You'd love em. I got 5 players and over 100 movies. Hard to find in my area.
