Heathkit Mohican Desperately looking for a restoration
 

I have my dads Heathkit Mohican SW receiver. Its working but I'm sure could use a good going through and some new caps. I have the original manual. What I need is someone to completely go through it and bring it up to spec.

Anyone know anyone hopefully in the PNW that would be qualified to work on this old girl.

I really want it as my emergancy radio.

I spend untold hours listenting to this thing as a 13 year old and really would like to extend its life.

Any help appreciated.
