How do I fix this?

A violent storm hit my city, and parts of my house were flooded, unfortunately one of the parts hit was the room where I keep this 1972 Sylvania color TV. The TV is not working, but there was damage to parts of the cabinet. As you can see in the photos, the skirting board it has on the bottom is separating from the TV, specially on the right and left corners, but it also separated a little from at least one side too. The cabinet of this TV is made parts of particleboard and parts of real wood, the skirting board I believe is made of real wood. Is it possible to glue it back together somehow, and even more important, can I ( or a professional ) do it in my house, without me having to transport it to the woodworker shop? I would really hate to move this thing out of the house.

Doesn't look that bad. The trim seems to have just swelled a bit and separated. Try squeezing it back together with glue under it, maybe use some big c-clamps for woodworking.

If you want to re-glue the corner joints you could raise the set off the ground. If possible support the TV in the air on some plastic milk crates under the cabinet. The idea is to take the load off the skirting and sides. Then you can use clamps to hold the skirting in place after it has been re-glued. Place wood spacers between the clamp surfaces to keep the cabinet from being damaged. They make corner clamps if you need them, otherwise regular C-clamps should work. I use milk crates to support TVs when I want to remove threaded legs on consoles.
