It is a delta gun CRT used in the RCA CTC-31 and 38 smaller-sized model, also in smaller Zenith consoles. I think the 22JP22 has a clear glass faceplate and the 22UP22 has a frosted faceplate.
It is not used in any video games to my knowledge.

I have 5 of the RCA's and 2 of the Zeniths using this tube so it doesn't seem to be a terribly rare application...however finding a rebuilt one is rare I'm sure. I was lucky enough to get a rebuilt 22JP22 to put into a Zenith with a really weak CRT.
