Just a heads up that there is a beautiful
Zenith Model Z6549H in Orlando, Florida.
This is a top of the line 23" console from
'68-69 with the Ultramatic tuner.
I don't know about it operationaly, but the
set is in near mint cosmetic condition.
The set is located at a place called cheap charlies and this store is closing and they
are selling off everything, I am sure it
will be cheap.
This beautiful set needs to be saved ( i have no room), I believe it will go to the dump
when the store closes.

Any way you can get pictures? Sounds like a space command as the first digit in the model number is a "6". Cant let a mint one get junked if someone mentions it!
Thanks

I don't have any way to get pictures, I found the model in a '69
Zenith bochure. It was part of their 50th anniversary line and was
called the Avogadro "majestic Italian provincial lo-boy with full length
folding doors. Genuine hand rubbed Cherry fruitwood"
It is a space command 600 and as I said, the cabinet looked almost
showroom new, there was a slight bit of fake chrome loss on the
on-off and channel selctor buttons. I didn't see any green halo
on the picture tube..
If I get back there soon I will try and check working condition.
