It looks to be a power tuning if not a remote model. I'd guess it is later in the tube era maybe early SS. I know I've seen that control panel at least once before, but my mind is not giving me a chassis number....A friend is interested in buying it and wants to know if it is tube or SS.

CTC-21. 1967. One of RCA's best chassis, tell your friend to snap it up. I've been trying to find a 21 for ages.

The TV part is all tube except for the tuner. The tuner and amp are solid state. Here is the description from the catalog. Gotta love the way they write those things...
