Still have some bugs to work out but the 4 is up, running and showing a somewhat respectable picture til it warms up. Still has alittle ways to go.

Looking good Bruce! You'll need to go through the greyscale and convergence setup procedure before it looks any better, by then you should have a pretty decent picture.

Thanks Nick, before I do that though, I have a problem to solve, it seems I lose all color after the sets been running about 15 minutes or so, I am ordering new tubes for the chroma section and I want to make sure all the tube shields are in place, im hoping that solves the problem. Thanks again for all of your help. Hows the Arliss coming along?

Could be a weak tube, I didn't test any of the ones in the color section since it worked fine for the few minutes I had it fired up over here. Makes sense though, I already replaced three 6CL6's and your 6BK4. Probably more bad ones in there, you'll figure it out!

I haven't touched the Arliss, gotta finish the Silvertone first.

As long as I have raster, I think I can get to the bottom of it, and im still laughing over that day we met up in the parking lot, in this day and age it mustve looked like we were up to no good with all that electronic equipment, I love humor like that, those folks going into the supermarket were probably making out their wills, lol. And again I know I have thanked you profusely but I appreciate the friendship and help.
