The two small vertically oriented knobs below the main control panel, and the mask scream Philco to me. It would be an RCA clone if it is the Philco chassis I'm thinking of.

definitely a Philco, and agreed CTC 15 clone could also be 16 probably a 16 m91 chassis guessing around 1965 or 1966

Not sure about the TV, but I have an example of the clock on top of it! A Hammond "Polo" or "Grenadier" from the '30s, with the old-style "spin-start" electric movement. A nice little deco artifact. Not sure why it was still being used in the '60s, but there you go.

Looks similar to a tv that my Grandfather had. This is a frame from an old home movie showing the set. He owned a Firestone store and carried Philco appliances.
