I tested the 12 that I picked up in Jonesboro last weekend and found as I expected the chassis is inoperative. The lights are on, but no one is home. Since the HV cage cover is missing I didn't test any further. I tested the crt and it looks like it will be good. At 6.3 volts emmission and cutoff were both acceptable and climbing, so this tube is going in the 65 Magnavox combo.

The chassis, yoke, and convergence assembly will be parts. I do have another identical 63 RCA set just in case I need any when I restore it.
