I have this 'thing' for vintage lighting.

Got a cool pair of floor lamps years ago. They're nice, but the shades are stained and soiled beyond being able to be cleaned up.

Are there places that will custom make large lampshades, and/or is there a way to roll your own so to speak?

For scale.. Lamps are 48" tall overall. Shades are 32" tall and are 13" diameter at the large end. (Don't be fooled by the picture, the bad part of the shade is facing the wall)

There's a few firms out there that make custom lampshades. They strip and recover the original wire frames. :scratch2:
