Do the BBC still use Real Film in Doc,s .

I very much doubt it, it's just too expensive. There are a few things that might be shot on real film by enthusiasts.

Even many feature films are shot electronically now.

In some of the titles they say Film Editor .

I presume you mean recent stuff. I would guess a lot of older BBC material is repeated on PBS in the US just as it is here in the UK. I also wonder if the term "Film editor" need not have its literal meaning or might refer to the use of archive film.
