Hi

I am new to this forum and have a few TV's in the process of restoration.

(1950) - Zenith Porthole TV – (G2438RZ) 16" console, wood (mahogany), chassis 24G26, "Lincoln"
(1948) Fada TV-30 chassis-RCA 630
(1949) - RCA (T-120) 12" tabletop, metal
(1948) Pilot Model TV-37 "Candid" Television
(1950) - PHILCO 50-T1443

I am here looking for tips on restoration and sources for the nearly impossible parts needed to restore these vintage tv's

It was sooo much easier to find parts 30 years ago:tears:

I am currently looking for the schematic for a Sencore CR70 which has a burned potentiometer in the cutoff circuit anyone know the value of that pot?

Thanks:yes:

Welcome to videokarma

I have a Zenith G2439RZ (Monroe) with a 24G24 & 24G26 chassis.
I plan on working on it later this summer and will be sure to post details while I do.

I have a few spare flybacks, yokes and misc coils. I'm sure other members do too.
Post what you need in the classified section.

Bob

I would post this question directly in one of the TV forums, maybe the B&W forum since your sets are all (so far) black and white. Many people have that model but they may not read the Introductions forum. Welcome!

I believe that drh4683 posted in a recient thread with CR-70 in it's title that he has got the schematic for it. You might want to ask him about that potentiometer.
