It's one of those "special" based tubes requiring a special adapter to test!
"It worked last time it was used"? Dead people walked when they were ALIVE!

Pffftt!

I dare anyone to find a way to test it! If they can it will be a miracle, if not at least it might be amusing to watch. LOL

Well the price has been dropped to $99.99, and it's listed "For decoration purposes only"

Just what every Decorator need to go with the Heywood Wakefield furniture, a Mid Century CRT dud. :D

George, I had one like that when I was teenager! 10BP4 that I found in the woods, busted neck. Great display piece that I wish I still had-my Dad made me throw it out because he was worried I'd cut myself on the edges.

I have a few dud 7JP4's that I was going to make Lamps out of, not sure how to drill a hole in one though.

A pair of picture tube lamps would be interesting!
I'm not sure how you would be able to drill a hole either.
Maybe you could use a torch or something that would get hot enough to melt a hole in the glass?

They make special glass/ceramic drill bits. I worked at a pottery place for my first job, and so many people would buy a piece from us, and ask us to drill a hole so they could wire it for a lamp. This in spite of the fact that we sold our pottery in lamps as well.
