Picked this up today - very clean unit. Shiny Sprague black beauties underneath look like new - this looks like it saw very little use. Zenith brand tubes are dated 1963. The chassis tag reads WES Electronics Company.

Anyone have a manual for it?

No manual-sorry.
I still occasionally use a Heathkit FM stereo generator.

Dunno if it's of any help, but RCA's patent for their version includes a schematic of a tube-based FM Stereo Multiplex adapter. Might be similar. Patent number is 3171897. The same patent mentions an Electronics World magazine article from June of 1962 entitled "Signal Generators for FM Multiplex." I don't have that issue, but it is available on eBay from several sellers. Might be germane to your generator.

Cheers,
