have a sony from 1998. the standby led flashes red constantly no pauses supposably that means..

(Continuous blink once a second, no pausing - No reply from the jungle IC301 (data bus is busy, shorted to ground, or held high), IK video path is defective)


what should i do, check or inspect?? i looked at all the caps and they all look fine, i didnt find any bad solder connetions on any of the boards.. everything looks ok..

i am a noob and i would really like to be able to put this tv into our livingroom..

does it sound like a chip is fried or something?

I think this should be in "Rectangular and Solid State". Then maybe... just maybe some generous fellas will tell you what they know.
