I was not aware that any 13" B&W TV's were made this late. Wouldn't mind owning one of these; but, the seller is dreaming on the price, IMHO.

I have an RCA color secure view clear 13" set in my office. It was made in 2005. That price is crazy - I think I paid $5 for mine.

I think it is theirs to take, I see numbers and sometimes names on them. I'm not going to prison to find out though LOL.

The only way I'd give that much for it is if there were some contraband inside it.
