Text is in French, so I guess this is from France. Definitely looks European to me.
Will get back with links if I find any.

Seems to be a Spanish brand possibly manufactured in Barcelona. I googled the name Siera and came up with a few hits in Spanish about more modern TV's, offering symptom and remedy lists. Hope this helps.
Happy Thanksgiving, all!

That name Siera is indeed associated with some modern TVs, it is found in
discussion forums about TV troubleshooting. But the French text of the
brochure seems to be pointing to France. Looks like the instructions booklet
for a French TV set.

Hello again,

This link shows a service manual for a TV of the same model number (59T173A).
Could it be the same animal, even though a different make?

The whole thing is in three languages: Dutch, German and French.

Looks like a match. Thanks. Info is "Printed in Holland"

Now I'm curious how the brochure ended up in Tennessee.

Edit - checked out seller's other items - lots of French menus & paper
