Though they come in yucky pink or purple plastic cabinets. :yuck: With Disney characters on the side, for kids. The CRTs are about 15 inch diagonal. Didn't look to see if they receive ATSC DTV signals, though I think they would be required to nowadays.

I didn't even think about those. I guess they would hang around for a little while for those parents that didn't want to invest in a flatscreen for their 3 year old.

The last CRT set I saw in a store was a 27" Sansui priced at $188 at China-Mart.

The local Wal-Mart still sells two CRT based TVs. I am not sure how long this will last.

I could of gotten a used newer samsung HD CRT TV. It was newer w/ a tight wrap around cabinet for CRT. It was a lot used , would of gotten, timing not right.
Places don't the the better CRT sets for sale used at all, they're HD keepers!
I really want a HD CRT set!

I bought a LG 32 inch widescreen CRT TV last year.

No HDMI.It is 1080i capable via component,which I watch when I use a Blu-Ray disc.

I didn't want a LCD or Plasma. :no:
