"Dell full tube computer Monitor 18 inch"

I thought Dell came on the scene long after they stopped using tubes in computers.

"Full tube"... does that mean even the CPU is comprised of vacuum tubes? LOL! :P

Okay, I didn't see the listing, so I can't be 100% sure, but remember, some older computers came with CRT (vaccum-tube) monitors. I think he meant the monitor was vacuum-tube, not the computer tower.

Probably, but I still wanted to see. I'm using a "tube" monitor right now:D

It was actually a CRT monitor, but the wording made it sound like "tube computer".

There is actually a modern motherboard with a vacuum tube for the sound output.
Aopen tried to capitalise on the retro crowd a few years ago with this model :screwy:

Maybe they were referring to the belief that the internet is "a series of tubes."
