Just curios, what color television cameras did they use? They only used "R.C.A." TK-40/41 or after a time they manufactured theyr own cameras?

On my web site you can see a picture of some cameras at the NHK Museum in Tokyo, including a color camera "built by NHK" that appears to be identical to a TK-41.
